​Expressing gratitude for the value of the work and efforts of the employee or the department concerned when getting more than expected helps reveal strengths in the delivery of services. It also reflects customers' satisfaction of as a result of the improvement of services or the process of requesting them, giving the staff or section a motivation for an even better service. 
What to give thanks for?
• Satisfaction with the level of service and getting more than expected.
• Satisfaction with the way the service is provided.
• The time taken to deliver the service.
• Simplified procedure for obtaining the service compared with the earlier process.
• Satisfaction with the attitude of a customer happiness team member or the manner they handled the request (such as listening, welcoming, etc.)
